Ironwood Table

Furniture
Living Room & Den Furniture

By most accounts, the Ironwood Series has been the most popular series of furniture in Animal Crossing; when New Horizons first launched, it was by far the most obsessed-over furniture items, as it wasn’t available for purchase, it had to be crafted from a recipe you got from a snooty villager.

The “Ironwood” series is basically a mash-up of a few real-world styles, but in general it’s a combination of two main styles: “rustic industrial” (the dark iron frame) and “modern farmhouse” (the wood top and wood tones).

Craftable - Housewares
The ironwood table is craftable, meaning you can't buy it from Timmy or Tommy. You can place objects on top of it like other tables.

Obtain recipe from:
Snooty villager, either by visiting their house of finding a bottle on the beach.

Ingredients:
  • 12x wood
  • 6x iron nuggets iron nuggets animal crossing

I admittedly was as obsessed with finding ANY ironwood-inspired piece in real life as the early players on Animal Crossing were. I HAS found this spitting image of the Ironwood Dresser only to find out that it's not being sold anymore on any retail e-commerce site. If you see it anywhere (or are a seller selling it yourself) let me know in the comments!

The only real furniture items I could find widely available that looks exactly like Animal Crossing is this table that looks exactly like the Ironwood Table.

Some runners up:

- Square Solid Pine Table Top - This table on Bed Bath and Beyond looks just like a larger version of an Ironwood Chair

- Consdan Portable Step Stool - This stepstool looks just like a miniature Ironwood Table, and could make nice chairs for the big Ironwood Table above.

Let me know in the comments if you can find other Ironwood furniture in the real world!
